What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a holistic, non-invasive and drug free therapy that uses muscle monitoring to identify where sub conscious stress has led to energy blockages, and therefore imbalance in the system. These imbalances may appear as physical, emotional, biochemical, spiritual or personal problems.

It was a United States Chiropractor, Dr George Goodheart, who first developed Applied Kinesiology. He combined chiropractic techniques, involving the spine and nervous system, with traditional Chinese medicine, introducing the meridian system and the emotions of the five elements. Since its development in the 1960s Kinesiology has quickly transformed into a range of modalities that can meet specific needs of clients. It combines Kinesiology techniques with other disciplines, such as emotional stress and psychology, brain integration, allergy balancing, sports enhancement, spiritual paths and health improvements.

The benefits of these different applications of Kinesiology have been well proven, whether it is from a high client return rate experienced by professional kinesiology practitioners, or legitimate research by professionals such as Dr John Thie, Dr Charles Krebs and others.

Restoring energy flow through the meridian system activates the body’s innate intelligence and allows healing to occur. If you can remove stress, a major contributor to the aging process, by regular balancing that can give you a feeling of love and joy, your immune system will be boosted significantly.

Hundreds of Australians are now experiencing the benefits of Kinesiology balancing, which can lead to improved health and well-being, attainment of goals and higher performance. The demand for highly skilled Kinesiologists is increasing every day!
